Als General Manager van Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) is Damon verantwoordelijk voor de voortdurende groei en versterking van GoTo's productportfolio voor zakelijke communicatie. Damon kwam in 2021 bij GoTo als Senior Vice President en Head of Product voor het bedrijf. Voor zijn tijd bij GoTo was hij Vice President Product Management bij Cox Automotive en bekleedde hij 14 jaar lang verschillende leidinggevende functies bij cyberbeveiligingsbedrijf Symantec.
