Gender Pay Gap Report 2025
GoTo has published the 2025 Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report, detailing key data and insights on the factors that influence an equitable talent environment. Understanding the many factors influencing differences in pay, and the fairness and inclusivity of an organisation's compensation system is a complex matter.
Below are the GoTo reporting results based on a snapshot of our employee data as of June 30, 2025. As we have less than ten employees working on a part-time basis, we cannot report on that group for data privacy reasons. We do not have any employees employed on a temporary contract basis.

Commentary
GoTo currently employees more females than males and the mean and median hourly pay gap difference are mainly due to more females availing of paid and unpaid family leaves.
We have a larger proportion of females to males in our corporate bonus plan, and a larger proportion of males to females in our sales/commission-based plans resulting in a larger difference in the mean and median bonus pay gap.
We are fully committed to improving our gender pay gap and will continue to review all our programs to support this. We truly value diversity and inclusion and continue to build on all our programs at GoTo to support all our employees.
