Exact time to deployment is different for everyone, and depends on how many seats you have, how many numbers you’re porting (transferring), unique business needs, among other factors.

SMS (Short Message Service) is the standard format for sending text messages. Each SMS message deducts at least 1 credit from your allowance. A single credit accounts for up to 160 simple characters (excluding emojis, links, or pictures). SMS credits reset every month. SMS service is only available in the US and Canada. After allotted SMS credits are used, the overage charge in the US is $0.0055 per credit and in Canada is $0.00715.
MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service): This format allows you to send messages with multimedia content, such as pictures, audio, and video. Sending an MMS message will deduct 3 SMS credits from your allowance, reflecting the additional resources and bandwidth required for multimedia. MMS service is only available in the US and Canada.
